While the hotel boasts a beautiful and trendy interior, my experience was marred by some significant issues. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Broadway, and the staff in the lobby were genuinely friendly. However, the noise from other guests and the hefty room rates left much to be desired.

I was initially given a room that was not what I had booked, and it was directly opposite the club lounge, causing constant noise disturbances. Eventually, I had to change to a less renovated room with a poor view.
